This Policy sets the boundaries for using ROLA IP services to protect the safety and lawful rights of users, the proxy network, resource providers, target websites, and other third parties.
1. Scope and Basic Principles
This Policy applies to rola-ip.co, console.rola-ip.co, the dashboard, APIs, the proxy network, and other products and services that expressly refer to it, and supplements our Terms of Service. Personal information, identity verification, payments, and refunds are governed respectively by the Privacy Policy, KYC & Anti-Money Laundering Policy, Terms of Service, and Refund Policy.
You may use the services only for lawful, legitimate purposes that do not infringe others' rights, and must comply with applicable law, valid contracts, access authorizations, and target-platform rules. You must not carry out, commission, or knowingly help others carry out activities prohibited by this Policy.
Proxies provide network connectivity only. Being able to connect to a website, application, or API does not mean you are authorized to access, collect, copy, or use its data, or that ROLA IP licenses or endorses those activities.
2. Accounts, Authorization, and Responsibility for Use
Provide truthful and accurate account and payment information, safeguard passwords, API keys, proxy credentials, and authorized IP settings, and allow access only to authorized personnel.
If you use the services on behalf of an organization, ensure that its members and authorized users comply with this Policy. You must not sell, rent, transfer, or share accounts without our written consent, or evade verification, bans, usage limits, or promotional restrictions by using multiple accounts, alternative identities, or replacement credentials.
If you discover exposed credentials, abnormal connections, or suspected unauthorized use, promptly revoke or replace the credentials and contact us through official support. You must also cooperate with identity, company, payment, and intended-use checks proportionate to the actual risk.
3. Prohibited Uses
3.1 Fraud, Financial Crime, and Identity Theft
- Carrying out or facilitating scams, money laundering, terrorist financing, payment-card fraud, fraudulent chargebacks, sanctions evasion, or concealment of unlawful proceeds and their source.
- Using stolen, forged, or otherwise unauthorized identity information, payment instruments, accounts, Cookie, Token, or other credentials.
- Impersonating another person, company, official platform representative, customer support agent, or law-enforcement authority, or setting up phishing websites, false payment pages, or other misleading channels to obtain information, money, or trust.
3.2 Cyberattacks and Unauthorized Access
- Initiating, controlling, assisting, or testing unauthorized DoS, DDoS, CC, malicious traffic amplification, or other activities that disrupt availability.
- Conducting unauthorized scanning, vulnerability probing, penetration testing, exploitation, credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, account takeover, or privilege escalation.
- Distributing or controlling malware, ransomware, trojans, or botnets, or stealing credentials, private keys, or other sensitive information.
- Bypassing sign-in, paywalls, authentication, CAPTCHAs, bans, or other access controls to obtain unauthorized access or restore access that has expressly been revoked.
Security research, scanning, and testing require prior express permission from the system rights holder or a duly authorized party and must stay within that authorization. They must also comply with ROLA IP's product restrictions and this Policy. Authorization from a target does not automatically remove restrictions on our services.
3.3 Unlawful Data Collection and Privacy Violations
- Accessing non-public pages, internal APIs, account areas, databases, or other restricted systems without authorization.
- Unlawfully collecting, trading, publishing, or using personal information, sign-in credentials, payment information, communications content, trade secrets, or other protected data.
- Using the services for stalking, harassment, unlawful surveillance, doxxing, extortion, or other activities that threaten privacy, personal safety, or property.
- Continuing to obtain, verify, or distribute data through the services while knowing that it was leaked, stolen, or otherwise unlawfully obtained.
3.4 Spam and Platform Manipulation
- Sending spam emails, unsolicited direct messages, spam comments, or other unauthorized bulk communications, or engaging in harassment or abusive promotion.
- Generating false clicks, impressions, advertising conversions, visits, likes, comments, follows, or other engagement to manipulate reviews, advertising attribution, rankings, or statistics.
- Using bulk registration, coordinated account networks, automated scripts, or similar methods for fraud, artificial engagement, platform manipulation, or evasion of platform penalties.
- Misusing a competitor's or another organization's brand, trademarks, or official identity to create misleading accounts, pages, or promotional channels.
3.5 Unlawful Content and Infringement of Third-Party Rights
- Creating, obtaining, distributing, or helping distribute content prohibited by applicable law, particularly content involving child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, or other harm to minors.
- Infringing copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, image rights, or other lawful rights and interests.
- Carrying out or assisting activities that endanger critical infrastructure or public safety, or threaten another person's physical safety or property.
3.6 Resale, Evasion of Restrictions, and Network Abuse
- Reselling, subletting, or publicly sharing proxy resources or credentials, operating an open proxy server, or using the services to develop directly competing products without written permission.
- Evading bandwidth, concurrency, traffic, rate, port, location, access-target, application, or domain allowlists and limits, or other product or security restrictions.
- Using chained proxies, tunnels, traffic forwarding, or other methods to bypass access restrictions expressly applicable to your product, location, or account.
- Imposing unreasonable load on target websites, ROLA IP, upstream networks, or other third parties, persistently sending clearly invalid or destructive requests, or interfering with other users' normal use.
- Enumerating or exporting the proxy pool without permission, tampering with the services, reverse engineering protected components, or attempting to access non-public systems, APIs, or internal materials, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
4. Automation, Data Collection, and Third-Party Platforms
When using automation, data collection, or API features, verify your access rights, lawful basis for data processing, and target-platform rules. You are responsible for access targets, request frequency, fields collected, retention periods, and subsequent uses.
Public availability does not automatically permit unrestricted collection, copying, or use for any purpose. Where personal information is involved, you must meet applicable obligations concerning notice, authorization, security, rights requests, and cross-border transfers.
You must not use rotating IPs, multiple accounts, or other technical methods to continue unauthorized access or bypass rate limits and access controls expressly imposed by a target. If access is denied, a restriction notice appears, or you receive a reasonable request to stop, verify your authorization and the reason, then adjust, suspend, or stop access as required by the target and applicable rules.
ROLA IP does not guarantee access to every platform or any outcome involving account registration, verification, advertising, payments, store operations, or other business activities. Action taken by a third-party platform does not authorize further evasion of restrictions.
5. Product and Location Restrictions
Different products, locations, accounts, or orders may have different target, port, protocol, application, and domain restrictions, as specified on the product page, dashboard, order, or service notice.
Use products with application or website allowlists only within their permitted scope. To request an additional target, submit your actual business purpose through official support for review. Approval means only that the target is permitted for the relevant product; it does not guarantee the legality of your specific actions or the target content.
6. Risk Monitoring and Necessary Records
For billing, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and compliance with applicable legal obligations, we may process account and transaction records, sign-in records, IP allocation records, connection and usage metadata, error logs, risk signals, and complaint evidence under the Privacy Policy.
Monitoring and investigations must be limited to what is necessary for the relevant purposes. Visibility and handling of communications content depend on protocols, encryption, and technical architecture. This Policy neither expands the scope of communications processing described in the Privacy Policy nor promises content inspection of all traffic.
7. Investigations and Enforcement
When we receive a credible complaint, discover anomalies, or have reasonable grounds to identify a risk, we may investigate and request information about the business purpose, access authorization, proof of payment, or other matters relevant to the incident.
Depending on the risk, impact, and severity of the violation, we may take one or more of the following measures:
- issue a warning and require an explanation, cessation of the activity, or corrective action within a specified period;
- restrict access targets, ports, locations, bandwidth, concurrency, products, or other features;
- reset or revoke API keys, proxy credentials, and other access rights;
- delay delivery, reject orders, or suspend or terminate some or all services; or
- preserve evidence as necessary and lawfully cooperate with competent authorities, payment providers, or necessary third parties in handling the incident.
Where the risk permits, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to explain or remedy the issue. We may act without prior notice in urgent security incidents, clearly unlawful conduct, repeated violations, cases where notification is prohibited by law, or cases where notification could obstruct a lawful investigation.
A complaint, risk signal, or third-party listing of an IP address does not in itself establish a final finding of a user violation. Completing KYC verification does not release users from their obligations under this Policy.
Suspension, termination, refunds, and account balances resulting from violations are handled under the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and applicable law. Refund rights and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
8. Abuse Reports and Appeals
If you believe ROLA IP resources are being used for unlawful activity, attacks, fraud, infringement, or other abuse, contact us through the live chat in the bottom-right corner of our website, the support contact details published on our website, or an abuse reporting page. Where possible, provide:
- the proxy IP addresses, target domains or URLs, and relevant ports or protocols;
- the exact date, time, time zone, and duration of the incident;
- a description of the behavior, affected parties, and relevant logs, screenshots, request samples, or other evidence; and
- valid contact details for the reporter and, where reporting on another person's behalf or asserting rights, the necessary authorization or evidence of those rights.
Before submitting evidence, redact unrelated personal information, passwords, keys, and other sensitive content. Dynamic or shared resources may be used by different users at different times. Accurate timestamps and necessary connection information help verification; an IP address alone may be insufficient to identify the relevant account.
We assess reports based on the evidence, risks, and applicable rules, and may request additional information. To protect privacy and investigations, we may be unable to disclose account identities, complete logs, or details of internal enforcement to reporters.
If you believe an account restriction or finding of a violation is incorrect, request a review through official support and provide your account email, order number, relevant notices, an explanation of the intended use, and evidence of authorization. Do not evade active restrictions by opening another account or changing your identity.
9. Policy Updates and Contact
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, products, security risks, or operations and indicate the latest version or update date on the page. We will notify you of material changes through the website, dashboard, account email, or another appropriate channel. Where separate consent is legally required, we will obtain it.
If you are unsure whether a use is permitted, consult the live chat in the bottom-right corner of the ROLA IP website or the support contact details published on our website before starting the activity. Any exception requires our express written confirmation and cannot override mandatory requirements of applicable law.
