Terms of Service

Last updated: August 11, 2026

These Terms apply to the ROLA IP websites, dashboard, APIs, proxy network, and related services.

By registering, making a purchase or deposit, connecting to, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Scope and Eligibility

The Services are operated by ROLA IP ("ROLA IP," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to rola-ip.co, console.rola-ip.co, our APIs, proxy network, dashboard, technical documentation, and related products (collectively, the "Services"). The applicable product page, order, plan description, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any separate written agreement between you and us form part of these Terms. If they conflict on a specific matter, the more specific and more recently executed document will control.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You must provide true, accurate, and complete account and payment information. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you must ensure that its members and authorized users comply with these Terms.

2. Services and License

Subject to your timely payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services during your subscription term solely for your own lawful purposes. Product type, location, protocol, number of IP addresses, bandwidth, traffic allowance, concurrency, term, and price are as stated on the purchase page, in the dashboard, or in your order.

Proxy resources, routes, geolocation, and third-party database classifications may change due to network availability, routing, upstream provider conditions, or compliance requirements. Unless expressly stated in an order, we do not guarantee that any particular IP address will remain available, access every target website, or produce a particular result in account registration, verification, advertising, payments, store operations, or any other activity. Static IP addresses may be replaced when necessary.

To prevent fraud or abuse or to comply with legal requirements, we may require identity, business, intended-use, or payment verification. If you do not complete a reasonable verification request, we may restrict purchases, delay delivery, suspend, or terminate the Services.

3. Account Security

You must safeguard passwords, API keys, proxy credentials, verification codes, and IP allowlists, and permit access only to authorized persons. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not sell, rent, transfer, or share an account, or use multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or promotion rules.

If you discover compromised credentials, unauthorized access, or abnormal traffic, promptly change the affected credentials and contact support@rola-ip.co. To protect accounts and the network, we may reset credentials, block connections, or temporarily freeze an account.

4. Fees, Renewals, and Refunds

You must pay the price displayed at checkout in the stated currency, billing unit, and billing cycle, together with any taxes and payment-channel fees for which you are legally responsible. Dashboard and billing-system records are the primary records of usage, balance, and expiration, except in the event of a clear technical error. Plans, traffic allowances, IP addresses, and credits must be used within the stated validity period and do not roll over unless expressly stated otherwise.

Wallet balances and promotional credits may be used only to purchase the Services, do not accrue interest, and generally cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for cash. When issuing a refund, we may reverse any promotion or credit associated with the transaction.

A plan renews automatically only when auto-renewal is clearly disclosed on the purchase page and you affirmatively enable it. You may disable auto-renewal in the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Refunds are handled under the terms presented at purchase and our Refund Policy. Services already used, failure to meet subjective business expectations, restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, and suspensions resulting from a violation are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only for lawful and legitimate purposes that do not infringe the rights of others. You must comply with all laws, contracts, and platform rules applicable to you, the target website, and any data you process. You may not use, or allow others to use, the Services for:

  • fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, identity theft, payment-card abuse, abusive chargebacks, or other unlawful conduct;
  • DDoS or DoS attacks, unauthorized scanning or penetration testing, credential stuffing, account takeover, circumvention of access controls, or distribution of malware;
  • phishing, impersonation, spam, harassment, fabricated traffic, or manipulation of advertising or user engagement;
  • unauthorized access to non-public areas, or unlawful collection of personal information, credentials, payment information, or other sensitive data;
  • infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, trade secret, or other third-party rights;
  • imposing an unreasonable load on a target website, the Services, or a third-party network, or circumventing rate, concurrency, location, traffic, or other technical restrictions;
  • reselling, subleasing, or publicly sharing proxies, operating an open proxy, or using the Services to develop a directly competing product without our prior written permission; or
  • activities that harm minors, critical infrastructure, or public safety.

6. Third-Party Websites and Data Responsibilities

The proxy service provides network connectivity only. We do not control third-party websites, content, or data, and the relevant third party is responsible for its availability, legality, accuracy, and rules. You determine the targets you access, request frequency, fields collected, retention period, and subsequent use, and you are responsible for data accessed, transmitted, collected, or used through the Services.

If you process personal information, you must have a lawful basis, provide required notices, and comply with data-subject rights, security, cross-border transfer, and retention requirements. If you need us to process personal information on your behalf, contact support@rola-ip.co to discuss a data processing agreement.

7. Monitoring, Complaints, and Suspension

For billing, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and legal compliance, we may process account, payment, usage, connection metadata, error, and risk-signal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If we identify suspected unlawful conduct, fraud, attacks, infringement, non-payment, chargebacks, incomplete verification, or another material risk, we may restrict targets, ports, locations, bandwidth, or products, reset credentials, or suspend or terminate the Services.

Where the risk permits, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. This may not be possible in an urgent security incident, in the case of clearly unlawful or repeated violations, or where notice is legally prohibited. You may appeal by contacting support@rola-ip.co and providing relevant account, order, intended-use, and technical information.

8. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

The Services, software, APIs, documentation, interfaces, trademarks, and related intellectual property belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, enumerate the proxy pool, remove proprietary notices, or use internal Service materials to develop a competing product.

You retain rights in content you lawfully submit and grant us permission to process that content only as necessary to provide, protect, and support the Services. Each party must use reasonable care to protect non-public business, technical, pricing, credential, and customer information learned through the relationship. This obligation does not apply to information that is public, independently and lawfully obtained, or required to be disclosed by law.

9. Availability and Changes

We will provide the Services with commercially reasonable skill and care. However, proxy networks depend on the internet, carriers, upstream resources, and target websites and may experience maintenance, latency, interruption, or changes to routes and IP addresses. Unless expressly included in a written order, marketing statements regarding uptime, success rates, IP counts, or coverage do not constitute a service-level commitment for an individual connection or user.

We may modify or discontinue features for security, compliance, supply, or product reasons. If a change materially reduces a core feature during your paid term, we will, as appropriate, provide a reasonable substitute, extension, service credit, or adjustment for the unperformed portion.

10. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Except as expressly stated in these Terms or an order, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and any particular business result. We are not responsible for restrictions imposed by target websites, CAPTCHAs, account actions, third-party database classifications, or issues caused by your devices, configuration, or local network.

Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the affected Services during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify us against third-party claims, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from unlawful use of the Services by you or your authorized users, a breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, unlawful data processing, or misuse of account credentials.

11. Term, Cancellation, and Termination

These Terms take effect when you first accept them or use the Services. You may disable renewal or request account closure. Before closing an account, you should export any required information and settle all outstanding fees. We may suspend or terminate some or all of the Services in the event of a material breach, prohibited use, security or legal risk, refusal to complete reasonable verification, or prolonged non-payment.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends, and API keys and proxy credentials may be disabled. Accrued payment obligations and provisions concerning confidentiality, intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

12. Updates, Disputes, and General Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, products, security, or operations. We will notify you of material changes through the website, dashboard, or account email. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and disable renewal before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires separate consent.

These Terms are subject to the mandatory provisions of the laws of any jurisdiction having authority over the matter. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through support@rola-ip.co. If a dispute cannot be resolved, either party may submit it to a court of competent jurisdiction. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. To the extent permitted by law, a party is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
