ROLA IP is committed to preventing its proxy network and related services from being used for identity theft, payment fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and other unlawful or abusive activities. This Policy explains the principles and measures we apply to identity verification, verification of business purposes, payment reviews, and related risk management.
1. Scope and Relationship to Other Policies
This Policy applies to rola-ip.co, console.rola-ip.co, the dashboard, APIs, the proxy network, and other related products and services that expressly refer to this Policy.
This Policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable order terms. Personal information is processed under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Fees and refunds are governed by the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and applicable law. No policy excludes any user rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The identity verification and anti-money laundering measures in this Policy help manage service and transaction risks and fulfill the legal obligations that apply to us. Specific measures depend on applicable law, the product, the circumstances of the transaction, and the level of risk.
2. Eligibility and Accuracy of Information
You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and provide truthful, accurate, complete, and up-to-date account, identity, business, and payment information. If you use the services on behalf of a company or another organization, you must have the appropriate authorization and accurately identify the organization and your authority to represent it.
You must not use forged, altered, stolen, or otherwise unauthorized identity documents, company records, payment instruments, or identity information. You must not evade reasonable verification by having another person complete verification for you, using another person's identity, splitting transactions, or using multiple accounts.
3. When Verification May Be Required
We use verification measures proportionate to risk. Not all users, products, or transactions are subject to the same verification process. We may require verification when you purchase services, receive delivery or access, use the services, change account information, or resolve a transaction dispute, including when:
- a particular product or order requires verification, including static residential proxy services subject to verification requirements;
- there are anomalies in the account, payment, sign-in environment, or usage behavior, or relevant information is inconsistent;
- the amount or frequency of transactions, payment method, or source of funds requires further explanation;
- there is suspected payment-card fraud, unauthorized payment, a payment dispute, a chargeback, or a credible abuse complaint;
- the account's purpose, controlling person, company information, or other material circumstances change; or
- applicable law, a lawful investigative request, or reasonable risk requirements of payment or identity verification providers require further checks.
Risk signals help determine whether further checks are necessary and do not in themselves establish that a user has acted unlawfully. A verified account may still require additional information or renewed verification if new risks arise or information changes.
4. Verification Information and Submission Methods
Depending on the circumstances, we may request one or more of the following types of information, limiting requests to what is reasonably necessary for the verification purpose:
- Personal identity information: your name, country or region, contact details, and a valid government-issued identity document; where necessary, additional proof of identity or address.
- Company and authorization information: the company name, registration documents, business website, description of business activities, and the representative's identity and authorization; where required by risk or law, further verification of the controlling person or beneficial owner.
- Business purpose information: the intended products, access targets, business use case, expected usage volume, and any necessary access authorization or business evidence.
- Payment information: the order number, transaction reference, proof of payment, the relationship between the payer and the account holder, and any necessary payment authorization or explanation of the source of funds.
Submit information using the method specified in the dashboard, verification page, or by official support. Where a third-party identity verification service is involved, the information requirements and applicable data processing notices shown in the verification interface apply.
We will not ask you to provide account passwords, payment-card security codes, payment verification codes, wallet private keys, or seed phrases to customer support. Follow the verification instructions to redact sensitive information in payment evidence that is unrelated to verification.
5. Verification Results and Ongoing Review
Our review may combine the information you submit, account and transaction records, service usage metadata, and lawfully obtained third-party verification results. Depending on the risk, checks may cover identity consistency, company and authorization relationships, payment authenticity, business purposes, and applicable sanctions or other legal restrictions.
We may request clarification if information is insufficient, expired, unverifiable, or contradictory. During verification or while risks remain unresolved, we may delay delivery, restrict purchases or certain features, or suspend the relevant services. We may reject an order or terminate the relevant services if reasonable verification cannot be completed, false information is discovered, or the risk is unacceptable.
We process applications according to the completeness of the information, the availability of verification services, and the risks involved. Passing identity verification does not approve any particular business purpose or guarantee that a third-party website will accept your access, registration, payment, or other actions.
Keep material information up to date and cooperate with renewed verification when reasonably requested. If automated risk controls impose a temporary restriction, you may request a human review through official support.
6. Transaction Risks, Prohibited Conduct, and Enforcement
You must not use the services to carry out or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, payment fraud, payment-card fraud, identity theft, sanctions evasion, or concealment of the source of unlawful proceeds. You must not purchase services using funds or payment instruments of unknown origin or without authorization, or disguise the movement of funds through deposits, refunds, account transfers, or fictitious transactions.
Account balances are for purchasing services. Their use, transfer restrictions, and refund rules are governed by the Terms of Service and Refund Policy. We do not accept refund or account-operation requests intended to bypass transaction reviews, change the beneficiary of funds, or conceal the source of funds.
Where there is a credible risk of unlawful activity or fraud, we may take proportionate measures, including rejecting transactions, restricting accounts, suspending or terminating services, preserving necessary records, and reporting to or cooperating with competent authorities where required by applicable law. We do not undertake to report every anomaly externally or treat a general risk alert as a finding of unlawful conduct.
Where the risk permits, we will explain what cooperation is needed and allow you to provide additional information or remedy the issue. Exceptions include urgent security incidents, clearly unlawful conduct, repeated violations, legal prohibitions on notification, or cases where notification could obstruct a lawful investigation. Funds are handled under the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and applicable law; failure to pass verification does not itself entitle us to arbitrarily confiscate funds.
7. Use, Protection, and Retention of Verification Information
We process verification information under the Privacy Policy and use it only as necessary for identity and payment verification, fraud and abuse prevention, security reviews, dispute resolution, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. KYC information is not used for marketing or sold to data brokers.
Third-party providers may participate in identity verification. The receipt, processing, and storage of original identity documents and other sensitive verification information follow the Privacy Policy and the notices provided during verification. We apply access controls, encryption, and confidentiality measures proportionate to risk and limit the personnel and providers who may access the information.
When handling payment disputes or chargebacks, we may, under the Privacy Policy and where necessary and appropriate, provide payment providers with verification results or logs, order and delivery records, relevant usage records, and records of acceptance of terms. This does not mean indiscriminately providing all original identity documents or unrelated personal information.
Retention periods depend on the type and sensitivity of information, processing purposes, and applicable law. After an account is closed, we may retain relevant records for as long as necessary to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, investigate fraud, or preserve evidence. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or otherwise handle it appropriately under the Privacy Policy. Information held by third-party providers must also be handled under applicable arrangements and law.
See the Privacy Policy for details on cross-border processing, lawful sharing, and user rights. Where processing requires consent or separate consent, we will obtain it as required by applicable law.
8. Lawful Requests and Disclosure
We verify requests from courts, regulators, or law-enforcement authorities and provide assistance under applicable law only to the extent that a request is valid and assistance is necessary. Sharing information with payment providers, verification providers, or other necessary recipients must comply with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We will notify users where lawful and appropriate, except where notification is prohibited by law, there is an urgent risk, or notification could obstruct a lawful investigation.
9. Review, Contact, and Policy Updates
If you believe a verification result or account restriction is incorrect, request a review through the live chat in the bottom-right corner of the ROLA IP website or the support contact details published on our website. Include your account email, order number, an explanation of the issue, and supporting evidence. Do not submit identity documents, complete payment details, or other sensitive information through public channels.
Requests to access, correct, or delete personal information, or exercise other rights, are handled under the Privacy Policy. We may first verify the requester's identity to prevent impersonation.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, products, risk, or operations and indicate the latest version or update date on the page. We will notify you of material changes through the website, dashboard, account email, or another appropriate channel. Where separate consent is legally required, we will obtain it.
